As a previous winner and current female record holder I can help with:
Riding skills: pedal efficiency, how to climbing with ease, confidence and control through single trails, course pre ride.
Race preparation: physical preparation (training plans), nutrition, race tactics and strategies, mental preparation, gear (e.g. tyre choice), how to best pass or let others pass…
You can also book as a group and you could even run it as a race preparation weekend or training camp. We can spend a day or two working on theory and practical topics and learn to master the course.

- My teaching is based on personal experience as well as from studying at tertiary level.
- I raced mountain bikes for many year starting in 2006. I raced at national and international level and different disciplines; mainly: cross country, marathon, xterra and enduro.
- My qualifications are: Degree in Sport Management, Diploma in Sport Coaching & Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching (PE, Outdoor Recreation and Health)
